The Power of YOU!

You are powerful beyond measure! As you observe your reality you literally collapse “energy waves” into “particles waves”. Back in the day, Albert Einstein discovered his famous equation E=mc2. Basically, this equation identifies ALL that exists is the same fundamental ENERGY. However, Einstein believed that this energy was a wave and a conflicting Quantum theorist Young believed that this energy was a particle. The Copenhagen Interpretation concluded that both Einstein and Young were correct. ENERGY is waves and then when AWARENESS, ATTENTION, CONSCIOUSNESS is placed on it, all other probabilities collapse and a particle is the outcome. WOW!

We GET TO perceive our reality into existence. This is EXTREMELY powerful and empowering to understand. Wrap your brain around it and do more research if you need to. Your thoughts, ideas, beliefs, concepts, organize your behavior, attitude, reaction, personality, and way of being. Now let’s talk about Emotions! The outcome of a thought or belief structures are your emotions. You think something and then you begin to feel a particular way. In essence, your emotions charge your entire being with its frequency of anger, fear, joy which stemmed from a thought. ( circular isn’t it?) Your Beliefs produce an emotional outcome which in return becomes a part of your emotional daily experience.

In essence “ You are what you think! “ If for some reason you are not enjoying your life, dare to take a look. Where am I on auto pilot? What is happening in my inner world of thought? What are the stories I am repeating to myself? We have something like 70,000 thoughts per day and all of those thoughts build “Your REALITY”. The good news is those thoughts are usually organized around belief patterns and belief patterns CAN BE CHANGED ! How? YOU are the PERCEIVER! YAY! What is required is your conscious participation in understanding your limiting beliefs. Once you observe your limiting beliefs then you can begin the process of letting go of the “ Stinkin’ Thinkin’ “ and open your energy wave up to a new pattern of thinking and then collapse those new energy waves into particles, behavior, ideas, attitudes, emotions.

Now according to Behavioral Psychology and thousands of studies it takes about 30 days to change a habit and the good news is your personal stories are HABITUAL thinking and you are empowered with CHOICE. We have a life experience and then we decide something to be “ TRUE” ( consciously or unconsciously) and through this perception we create our “Reality” then daily we habitual believe this “reality” to be true. And on it goes.

What if for 30 days you choose a different perception of your life story? Or at least dismantled a particular belief system like “I am unlovable”. The situation that happened may not be as important as your BELIEF and interpretation of the situation.

Go PLAY with your “reality”. When you were a child you didn’t grab a piece of playdo and go to WORK.
You were creating! You had ideas and you created. So go play your life into existence.
